Starting therapy doesn’t have to feel so daunting
Let’s walk you through the process
If you don’t have it all figured out yet, you’re in exactly the right place.
Maybe you’ve been thinking about therapy for a while.
You’re used to figuring things out on your own, you’re not sure where to begin, or you worry you’ll have to explain your entire life to someone new.
You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what you need. We’ll start where you are and figure it out together.
One Step at a Time
~
One Step at a Time ~
step one
Book a free consultation.
We’ll start with a brief consultation to talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re looking for, and any questions you have about working together. You don’t need to tell me your whole story. This is simply a chance to connect and decide whether moving forward feels right.
step two
Schedule your intake session.
We’ll get to know the bigger picture. Our first session gives us more time to understand what’s happening now, what you’ve been carrying, and the patterns or experiences that may be keeping you stuck.
step three
Find your rhythm.
Most ongoing clients begin with weekly sessions. Together, we’ll get curious about what’s underneath the patterns showing up in your life and relationships and work toward meaningful, lasting change. As things shift, we’ll continue checking in about your goals and what you need from therapy.
You’re allowed to make yourself a priority, too.
If you’re used to taking care of everyone else, spending time and money on yourself can feel uncomfortable.
But therapy isn’t just an hour in your week. The work comes with you into your relationships, your parenting, your decisions, and the way you feel about yourself.
The goal is to help you trust yourself more, quiet the overthinking, set boundaries with less guilt, and build relationships where you don’t have to lose yourself to feel connected.
Fees & Insurance
Weekly Individual Therapy
$200 | 50 Minutes
Consistent, ongoing support for understanding and changing patterns that have been with you for a long time. Build greater self-trust, quiet the overthinking, and create healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
Extended / EMDR Reprocessing Session
$380 | 80 Minutes
These longer sessions give more time and space to work through a specific experience, memory, or belief that still feels stuck, even when you understand it intellectually. EMDR can help reduce the emotional charge of the past so it has less influence on how you feel and respond today.
Relationship Reset Intensive Package
$1,350
A concentrated option when you’re ready to step out of recurring relationship patterns and understand what keeps pulling you back into them. Leave with greater clarity about what you need, more trust in yourself, and new ways of staying connected without losing yourself.
INSURANCE
I’m an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t contract directly with insurance companies.
If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement for part of your therapy costs. I use Thrizer to make the process easier. You can check your benefits before starting, and eligible clients may be able to use Thrizer to handle claims and pay only their expected portion.

That’s exactly what the consultation is for. You’ll have a chance to meet me, ask questions, and get a feel for how I work before deciding. There’s no pressure to make a decision on the spot and if we aren’t a good fit for any reason I can help point you in the right direction for you.
